This page covers this website — what happens when you fill in the early-access form at heydira.com. It does not describe how the DIRA product handles call data for customers; that is set out in each customer's agreement and in the DPDP notice.
Short version: we collect what you type into the early-access form, use it only to contact you about early access, never sell or share it, and delete it on request. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
What we collect
When you submit the early-access form, we receive the fields you filled in:
- Name
- Work email
- Phone number
- Company
- Team size and primary use case
If you use the shorter form in the page header, we receive only your email address.
Alongside the form we record technical details that arrive with any web request: your IP address, browser user-agent, the page that referred you, and a timestamp. We keep these to detect and block automated form abuse.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the DIRA early-access programme, and for nothing else. Specifically: to tell you when a slot opens, to ask follow-up questions about your use case, and to run the pilot if you join it.
We do not add you to a general marketing list, and we do not send unrelated promotional email.
Who can see it
The DIRA team, and the infrastructure providers we use to run this site:
- Google Cloud Platform — hosts the website and stores submissions (Cloud Run and Firestore).
- Our email provider — delivers the notification of your submission to our inbox.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your details, and we do not pass them to any other third party for their own use.
How long we keep it
Until the early-access programme closes and you have either joined or told us you are not interested, and then for a further 12 months in case you come back. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving those files.
Your choices
Email hello@heydira.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. We will act on the request within 30 days.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page, and email anyone on the early-access list.
